Breakfast – Avocado & Egg Toast in Coconut Oil
Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 1
Ideal for: Healthy breakfast, keto-friendly
Ingredients:
1 slice whole-grain bread
1 teaspoon Ceres coconut oil
½ ripe avocado
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
Lemon (optional)
Preparation:
Toast the bread in a pan with coconut oil until golden.
In the same pan, add a little more coconut oil and fry the egg as desired.
Spread the mashed avocado over the toast, place the egg on top, and sprinkle with a bit of salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon.

Main Course – Chicken Curry with Coconut Oil
Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 3–4
Ideal for: A warm and aromatic lunch or dinner
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Ceres coconut oil
500 g chicken breast, cut into pieces
1 small onion
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon curry powder
200 ml coconut milk
½ cup water or chicken broth
Salt, pepper, lemon, and coriander to taste
Preparation:
Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
Add the chicken and fry until it starts to brown.
Add the curry powder and mix well.
Pour in the coconut milk and water, then let it simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and a few drops of lemon.

Snack – Granola with Coconut Oil and Honey
Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4–5
Ideal for: A light snack or for adding to yogurt/fruits
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
¼ cup melted Ceres coconut oil
¼ cup honey
½ cup almonds or walnuts
¼ cup shredded coconut
½ teaspoon cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well coated with the oil and honey.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Dessert – Chocolate Cookies with Coconut Oil
Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 10–12 cookies
Ideal for: A quick, dairy-free, butter-free treat
Ingredients:
½ cup melted Ceres coconut oil
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1½ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation:
Mix the coconut oil with the sugar until creamy.
Add the egg and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt, then add to the mixture.
Add the chocolate chips and stir gently.
Bake for 10–12 minutes at 175°C (350°F).
